[Telematics](https://www.avisfleet.co.za/solutions/telematics/) includes:   - GPS navigation - Integrated hands-free cellphones - Emergency warning systems - Automatic driving assistance systems It involves the information sent and received by telecommunication devices, and the information for controlling vehicles on the move.   In terms of fleet accident management, information such as the time and speed are shown in a report on a device, which is a little like the black box of an airplane.
